| 1:10.0 | They enjoy eating well, and they tend to like being active and going out for walks and being in the fresh air. |
| 1:17.6 | Essentially, they enjoy all of the process goals that are required to lose body fat. |
| 1:24.6 | But as soon as you put targets on those, this can change. So you potentially start |
| 1:32.8 | resenting these behaviours or you start feeling like you have to do it as opposed to feeling that |
| 1:38.9 | you get to do something because you just simply enjoy it. You can do things just simply for the |
| 1:43.8 | enjoyment. They don't need to have an outcome to them. |
| 1:47.0 | And the targets aren't the problem here. |
| 1:51.0 | And I'm going to come on to explain this later and I hope that you'll get your head around that as well. |
