Hello hello. How are you doing?

0:21.3

Recently How are you doing? Recently I made a decision about the podcast that really reminded me about the importance of trying to make our choices from a place of desire instead of obligation.

0:30.0

Let me explain. The baggage reclaim sessions has so far been a weekly

0:35.3

podcast where I then take a big break during the summer and of course a break

0:40.4

around Christmas time and when the kids were on holiday at Easter.

0:44.7

And over the last few months I have started to think about moving from being a weekly

0:51.0

podcast to being a dove into being a weekly podcast and hadn't at the time considered that there could be another way to do it.

And I was like, oh, that's interesting.

1:50.6

And then I forgot about it.

1:52.4

But then this fortnightly thing kept popping back into my head.

1:57.0

And I was like, hmm, this is interesting.

2:00.0

And I share this with you because what I've been through there is something that we all go through in life where we get these flashes of insight where we get a sense that we might want to do something and then it gets

2:17.2

shut down for whatever reason. Like maybe we go, oh no I can't do that, oh no, people will expect, blah blah blah.

2:25.0

Or no, like I have to do it that way or, yeah but what if it all goes wrong?

2:32.0

What if people don't like it? What if this? What if that? So we sit and we sit and we sit on it.
