Hello hello how are you doing?

A quick heads up before I get into today's episode.

This is the last episode of the summer because it is that time where I go on my big summer break.

Aside from the fact that the studio is absolutely baking,

since the temperatures have gone right up

and we're in this heat wave,

it's also time for me just to chill out and slow things down for a while.

I'm going to go to Amsterdam for the first time in three years to see my brother and then I'm hoping to pop home to Dublin for a little bit and then we are in

Jamaica for the last couple of weeks of August to celebrate a family member's

50th birthday. It's also the first time that my husband and the girls have been there so it's going to be great crack.

You will be able to get a window into some of my summer shenanigans by checking out my stories on

Instagram I'm at Nhat Lou N-A-T-L-U-E. Unlike previous breaks where nothing comes out until I come back in mid-September, this time

round I have decided to air some replays of some favorite episodes and so they will come out every couple of weeks

possibly with a new mini introduction on them so look out for those and in the meantime have an amazing summer.

Now let's get on to the main attraction which is that I finally have the recording

of the episode that I made in front of an audience last month here in London at the International

Women's Podcast Festival, which was held in conjunction with Pinterest.

It was so much fun to do and it was so

interesting to listen back to it because honestly I actually didn't remember most of

what of what I said at the time. I spoke totally off the cuff and so I had warned them that maybe I might have to re-record some bits, but actually it all totally flowed.
