revisit the topic of anxiety because recently I've been through something rather tricky that

taught me some very very interesting lessons about anxiety and also really helped me to continue to utilize, to put into practice

what I've learned in particular over the last couple of years about anxiety but also yeah what I share with you

guys. So here's the long and short of it. My little brother Sean isn't well. This has been going on for a number of months now and initially it was

put down to potentially being long COVID.

And then for 27 days, right up until a few days

before the live show last week,

we were actually under the impression that it was most likely to be lung cancer. And in that way that we can be as humans, of course you tend to go into those thoughts of like,

what, how can this be? Like it's fairly too, how could it be happening?

Because you think that even though cancer and other illnesses clearly show that they don't really care about age,

you still think that it shouldn't be happening.
