Summary
This week I have Sheli on.
Sheli is one of the most inspiring people in my life. She is relentless and is the kind of person you just get energy and motivation from being around.
We speak about our journey's in fitness. Where we started and where we are heading and then we both almost cry as Sheli reads out her letter to her younger self.
