LEGO building event and gave our our teams opportunities to try and collaborate

better and learn and take lessons away from that.

I just had Michael Barclay who is the

CEO for reconstruction experts. They're a Johns Lane Group company. They just

merged with a company in Australia so the reconstruction experts group is 350 people.

John's Lane Group is a thousand. Michael who's their CEO has been with the company for

14 and a half years but started in the industry when he's 18. He talks a lot about this merger that just happened

between the two companies, talks a lot about the leadership conference that they went to over in Australia,
