She is the C.O. for N.B. Playgrounds.

Just interviewed Lacey, just got off the call just now, about 45 minutes. Really, really incredible person. She's actually

super young. She's actually a Coho Alliance member. She's got one child already

who's eight years old. She's only 26. She started with the company six years ago as a

customer service rep and has progressed in the six years to being the CEO of a company. They've

got about a hundred employees now. Operations throughout all over North America they do manufacturing in China.

She shared some really interesting stuff around the relationship with the CEO,

how she's really scaled as a leader in the six years years what she focuses on to grow in her career.
