stress or how did you know there was a lot on this so I was like you know what I actually wrote a book

and I led it for free and it's actually in some schools it It's a book called How I Debt with Anxiety.

If you haven't read it, it doesn't matter because I'm going to tell you about it now. And I just

thought, you know, I was like, oh, well, it's already out there. But I don't know. I was like,

some people don't like to read. Some people like audio. So I thought, like, what better way than

to just sort of go through the book here on my podcast because it actually was

very successful at the time and it's sitting in schools guys like which is crazy for me as well

and so I thought especially because anxiety is so the thing is true I don't like to talk about it in terms of like this is what

that i that got me through it um so you know if you're feeling anxious you should talk to doctor

you should talk to somebody um but these are just like little tips and tricks from me that

literally pulled me from the dark place where I was um yeah so I went through a really really dark time
