Summary
It's easy to focus on the first step necessary when taking on something new (and challenging!), but the follow-through is actually a much harder thing to integrate.
This week I'm talking all about integration and how I think it's time we turn our gaze from the beginning of an endeavor to what happens when we get into something—how do we stay connected and on track, especially when that pesky fear and doubt creep in?
I'll go all in this week on my own very recent integration problem and offer 4 things to keep in mind as you work on your own integration! You'll also hear from Stacy Kazimer, one of my current Raise Your Hand Say Yes students, on what my year-long course has done for her and her life!
