Hello and welcome to the Karma You podcast. This is your host, Chloe Brotheridge. I'm a coach,

0:18.3

a hypnototherapist, and I'm the author of The Anxiety Solution and Brave New

0:22.7

Girl. And this podcast is all about helping you to become your calmest, happiest and most

0:28.1

confident self. Hey, hope you're doing well today. So I'm actually just getting ready to go

0:33.0

away. We're going to Italy. Haven't been on holiday with my partner for three and a half years.

0:38.1

I don't know what happened there, how we haven't managed to get away abroad, but we're finally

0:42.4

going away. So I'm just having one of those days of trying to square everything away, getting

1:24.0

perspective and hear his frame on things. And we talk about his new book, which is

1:30.1

called, and how does that make you feel? And we dig into topics like becoming aware of the different

1:35.8

inner voices that we have. And I love how Josh shines a light on this, because we all have

1:40.9

inner voices. We have the anxiety voice. We have the inner critic voice.

1:44.8

We have that kind of detective voice sometimes going on on our heads. And it's quite funny to

1:49.6

have that highlighted and to realise that we all have these voices in our heads. We discussed dealing

1:56.4

with what if thoughts, which let's face it, we all have. And it's a huge part of anxiety, isn't it? If not the defining thing of anxiety to think what if thoughts, which, let's face it, we all have. And it's a huge part of anxiety,

2:01.2

isn't it? If not the defining thing of anxiety to think what if thoughts. So I love Josh's
