Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

exciting and there's an action point in here that I want everyone to think about and I think it's a really

good time to be thinking about that and to do the action point and not just for people that that are starting Commit Six, obviously anyone who has a goal

and is listening to this podcast, but also for the committed people, so the continuation

Every time there's a new intake, it's like the group has this amazing buzz, which works

really well for long-term results because we've got people on committed who have been on there

for over a year now, like working with us for over a year. And it kind of gives you a bit of a kick up the bum every six weeks when the new

intake comes in and there's this new energy in the group and you sort of, it's time to

like reset your goals a little bit, assess where you are.

And six weeks is quite a nice time period.

Anyway, so this podcast is going to be kind of on the topic of fear of failure.

And this topic was inspired by a check-in that I got from a client.

And to paraphrase what she was saying, she was saying that everything in general feels

harder at the moment and I'd rather not make progress because I'm not trying than feel like I'm

trying and not being successful. She says, I know this is not a useful or productive mindset,

but I just feel really down.

And this is a classic example of not trying because you're scared of failure,

i.e. fear of failure holding you back from even trying to meet your goals.
