| 1:01.3 | big followings built purely on misinformation. And I think we put people on too much of a pedestal, even if they've built things that might be big and like from that perspective, impressive. |

| 1:19.9 | And a lot of unfortunately, quote unquote, success in the wellness space is really just good marketing, not science, right? It's really good storytelling. |

| 1:35.8 | you can and people do, build huge businesses, selling supplements that people don't need, |
| 1:41.1 | overcomplicating very simple problems to sell you a concluded solution by primarily |
| 1:47.5 | targeting vulnerable people, claiming that you have the solution to a problem that they're |
| 1:52.6 | having, by painting themselves as feminist and having a good storyline and that they're coming |
| 1:58.4 | to save you. That shouldn't be impressive. That is |
| 2:01.9 | manipulation, especially when it's targeted at women who feel vulnerable, for example, if they're |
| 2:08.8 | struggling with fat loss, or if they're menopausal, or if they have PCOS, or people who feel |
| 2:14.1 | stuck and frustrated and desperate, preaying on those people is exactly how the |
