Hello everyone, welcome to Science versus Bullshit. I had a week or two off, just a week actually, I think, to make sure that I nailed the last commit to six intake and that all my clients were happy.

0:16.8

That's what I was doing last week. Sorry, I'm sure everyone was really upset that I wasn't here.

But many things have been sent to me, many things to review.

0:26.5

And I will be covering Ella, the quote-unquote golden pill, a few questions around

1:58.4

to save you. That shouldn't be impressive. That is

2:01.9

manipulation, especially when it's targeted at women who feel vulnerable, for example, if they're

struggling with fat loss, or if they're menopausal, or if they have PCOS, or people who feel
