So, we sent out some emails for the people who have emailed interested in AFM to see what people are struggling with.

I actually think this is a really simple and quite obvious tool that not enough people do.

Instead of just presuming what you think people want or creating something and then try and sell it to them,

instead of that, you know, maybe ask what people are struggling with first.

So if you're a personal

trainer listening, that's probably a really good thing to do as well is see what people are

actually struggling with, like ask your clients what they need help with and then deliver

content that's going to help them. So that's exactly the approach that we have tried to take with

AFM. So we got a whole load of emails. Shockingly,

most of you are struggling with the same things, which I guess is a good thing. We're going to read

some of them out, but generally what's come up quite a lot is finding your niche, imposter

syndrome, not knowing your place in the industry, which I guess

kind of links into that a little bit, branding, how to advertise, those sort of trends were

popping up quite a lot. So I thought we would probably start with finding your niche, because we actually spoke about this last night

on Clubhouse, didn't we? And some American salesy guy was talking about it quite a lot. And it was

interesting for me because I've probably had slightly less exposure to that and taken less notice of it.

Whereas I think a lot of newer personal trainers in the industry have really been like hammered home from the start.
