I feel like I've done a lot recently, but sometimes if I leave it too long, then I don't feel

a lot of people really struggle to get their head around and I would say actually clients and coaches and that is metabolic adaptation.

I will also touch on reverse dieting but I want to start with what happens when you diet.

So I've been listening to a couple of business coaching podcasts,

and they do really long pauses in like random parts of sentences.

And I'm always like, oh, is my phone, has like the internet gone?
