Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. This is going to be quite a short

So while I'm recording this, although this tip or the tips that I'm about to give will be useful at any point in time.

And I spoke to a couple of clients this morning and we actually spoke to the students on EIQ about this as well.

And the consensus says quite a lot of people are feeling a little bit anxious about going back to

normal and also feeling weirdly guilty about feeling anxious about going back to normal or just a little bit

uneasy about how they're feeling and i think it's kind of normal to be feeling both excited

anxious nervous overwhelmed unsettled all at the same time at the moment, because things are, like, change

is a little bit uncomfortable. And even if it's good change and it's change that you want and

it's change that you've been waiting for, it can still feel a little bit uncomfortable.

apprehensive but yeah I had a chat with a few people this morning who was surprised about the fact that they

one of those instagram people who puts up stuff like, it's okay to feel sad now and again.

Like, I don't think that's particularly useful, but I'm going to say it anyway.
