Summary

#193: If you’re done living from the neck up, suffering, and enduring relationships that don’t feel balanced or reciprocal, listen in. Discover the true differences between codependent thinking and interdependence, how to locate yourself in this work, and why it is not your fault for the thinking patterns you were taught to use to feel safe. I’m sharing how to start doing this work of healing and why it requires balance, mutuality, and interconnectedness.
