0:51.6 | but they hadn't necessarily ever thought that it was burnout. So it's |
0:56.6 | really interesting. I think it's, you know, we're hearing so much about burnout. I've talked about it |

1:05.5 | although lots of people are experiencing this and realize that they are experiencing burnout, |

1:11.8 | people who, you know, experience stress and anxiety and are exhibiting signs of burnout, but never really |
1:19.7 | realize that's what it was. The thing with burnout is it's really, it's really good to not burn |
1:24.1 | out. It's really good to not get that to that point where you're really, |
1:28.0 | really exhausted and depleted and you can't get out of bed. Because once it's got to that point, |
1:32.3 | it's almost like it's so, it's too late. To help yourself, you've just got to stop everything and rest. |
1:37.5 | So we want to look out for the earlier signs of burnout so that we don't get to that stage. |
