Hello podcast listener, how are you? I am fine. Today I want to talk about hunger, satiety and

0:11.9

intuitive eating or eating more intuitively because intuitive eating is actually a concept in itself

0:19.3

and that's not exactly what I'm going to be speaking about.

0:22.7

So I'm going to start with the benefits of tracking. Most people will start their weight loss journey

0:31.2

or fat loss journey by tracking their calories or do you know what? It's a really good place to start

0:37.1

and there are two main reasons for this. It makes you know what it's a really good place to start and there are two main

0:38.5

reasons for this it makes you aware of what you're eating and it makes you accountable for what

oh i'll just finish that ice lulley because you know i don't want to go to waste or basically using yourself as a bin, like, oh, I don't want

1:48.5

there to be a mess in the car, so I'll just finish off this ice cream.

1:52.5

Little things add up. And one of the best things, I guess, almost useful things about tracking is that we realise how these add up

2:04.8

and then we are accountable to them and it's a bit of an eye-opening tool. Not only this, but it

2:10.2

kind of shows us where we are. So it makes us quite easy as a coach to then make adaptations

2:16.3

to your diet. If we know that you're tracking
