It's a funny old time for us all at the moment.

On top of all of the big C word,

there's obviously the talk of everything at the moment that would be coronavirus.

We have had a difficult week in our family because unfortunately another C word affected us this week and we

lost my grandfather, my dad's father this past Monday so that was on March 9th, just in case you happen to be listening in the future.

And he passed away two days after he turned 87.

And yeah, it's been tough and I felt it hard because I didn't make it in time to see and go and also he just became ill so quickly. So yeah, please keep us in your

forts and if you are inclined in the other direction also keep us in your prayers as well.

And I am thinking of everybody who is currently anxious and worried

stressed about these times and this illness and not just how it might affect us individually but also how it may affect loved ones

particularly vulnerable people in our circle and in our community.

Instagram yesterday is that never before have we as humans been so exposed to each other.

What I mean by this is we've never been so exposed to the noise the visual the

audio noise that we are as humans like our brains are coping with an incredible amount of information and connection and that no other humans

have before us. And so if we feel overwhelmed at times, whether it be by, for

instance, the news cycle and the commentary and for instance,

that's been posted on social media or whatever it might be or just life itself.
