It's Tiffany and welcome back to raise your hand say yes.

This is our last episode of the year.

Dun, don't, don, can you believe it?

I can't really believe it.

And I am talking about my guiding phrase. I actually have a phrase this year instead of just a word

for 2018. I want to tell you a little bit about how I came to choose this phrase, some things that I've

learned this year kind of along the way, and also what I'm

most excited about for next year and also what I'm most nervous about. Because I think that one of the

things that we don't always talk about in terms of personal development or going after our

creative endeavors is that this work can be hard

and it can feel scary. And, you know, it's really, really easy to look at what other people are

creating or to listen to me, record a podcast or read my newsletter or see something on Instagram

and think like, oh, that it's just this really kind of dreamy time that's filled

with unicorns and confetti.

And the reality is, is that we are all kind of in it in any given moment, right?

We're all going through the process.

We are all kind of trying to overcome the doubt that shows up, at least for me,

on a daily basis. You know, and so I think that it's important to share those aspects of all
