Welcome to November.

I have had the girls at home because it's been half term.

So my youngest has been off for two weeks,

and my eldest has been off for a week.

And we've actually had more of a chilled time this week, thankfully, because I was a bit pooped

by the start of this week.

It's been great because I have had an opportunity to catch up with

families so I've seen my little brother Sean a couple of weeks back that was right

at the start of the break and I actually as a quick update I have heard from you know a number of you

have inquired about how he is doing and so he's in a good place. He's also had a diagnosis and he has he has medication for that and it has been a really really difficult few months in some respects with that. It's been very, very

up and down and as you can imagine from my mom and my stepdad, I think that they have found it

really hard to wrap their heads around the fact that they have two sons who are

Really struggling with their mental health and so there has sometimes been a bit of a playing game, but at the moment they are on the same team, which is good.

I also got to see my stepdad and his wife, then a couple of days later my mom came for

about five days because it was her birthday so we had a really really good time

actually and then in part way through that my other brother that lives in

Amsterdam he came over so we have had a lot of fun and a lot of family time

but I was also ready to sort of decompress and have a bit of a brever as such not really from them but just having a bit of time to myself, time with the kids and so forth.

I struggled in the midst of that actually with a bit of a cold.

Now I mentioned some of this actually in part because when you spend time around around family you become aware of perceived responsibilities that maybe you are less aware of when they're not around.
