| 0:20.5 | night tonight and this is a habit that I have really, really embraced this year. So I'm in 2019 just in case she happened to be listening in the future. |

| 0:43.9 | So typically I'm aiming to be in bed by nine. |

| 0:51.2 | I've been in bed before the kids. I've been like, see ya, I'm after bed. |
| 0:55.0 | And they'll come up and they'll say good night to me when they're getting ready to go. |
| 0:59.0 | Now, I mention all of this because ever since I did the episode on bandwidth last year |
| 1:09.0 | which was on episode 100 I found myself thinking about bandwidth every day and talking about it almost as much. |
| 1:17.0 | So as a quick recap, our bandwidth is our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual capacity to be do and have the things that we need and want. |
| 1:28.0 | And so this is shown to us through our sense of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being, |
| 1:37.0 | and we increase and decrease our bandwidth based on where we are spending our time, energy, effort, and emotions. So our attention. |

| 1:51.0 | And the more time, energy, effort and emotions that are spent being and doing things |
| 1:56.4 | that we don't need or want, the more time, energy, effort and emotions of attention spent, you know, not taking care of us, you know, not creating |
