Summary

When we think that we (or others) are 'damaged goods' because of what might be a lack of relationship experience or time spent in unhealthy or unfulfilling relationships, this dents our confidence, limits our options, but also creates unnecessary judgement. Natalie offers up a different perspective on what the experience on our proverbial relationship resume means (and doesn't).

1:54.0

They also maybe know that the process isn't necessarily for instance about having all of their criteria

2:02.0

and it is about well what experience do you have and what can you learn in this role and what can you build on from that?

2:09.7

A lot of us undersell ourselves.

2:13.1

And so we don't internalize our accomplishments

2:16.4

and achievements.

2:17.5

We don't internalize the experiences that we've had.

2:21.5
