I'll resist. I resisted creating this episode. creating this episode.

In fact, I am recording this the day before this episode is supposed to come out and that is not how I work anymore.

I do not come quite down to the wire the way that I have for this episode.

But as I was crafting what I wanted to say this week,

I couldn't really get away from some of these ideas. They just kept coming up

again and again in my journaling and in my five minutes of silence that I like to do and

so I'm going to overcome my resistance

and talk to you today about mistakes

that I don't regret.

So that seems like those ideas should be in juxtaposition.

They are contrasting ideas because for the most part when we make mistakes they are something we at least

mildly regret. I don't really know that I believe in happy mistakes, happy accidents maybe, but mistakes that

we don't regret, it's sort of a weird idea.

So hear me as I'm talking through these mistakes that it's not that there's no
