Summary

Have you ever had the thoughts: I don’t have enough time Time is passing me by I’m wasting too much time If this is something that really affects your mood, your schedule, and you're full of frazzle, overwhelm, or a continuing existential crisis, then you may have Time Anxiety. (Not an official thing - just a name I gave to something that affects me regularly.) In this episode, I’m sharing about my own Time Anxiety and how it hurts my productivity and my parenting. I’m also talking about how to notice ALL the messages we get in our culture about TIME, and why those messages are giving us constant low-level hums of anxiety. I’m also sharing a few concrete methods I use to combat Time Anxiety. I hope you find this episode helpful or at the very least like you’re not the only one obsessed with the passage and managing of time. FULL SHOW NOTES HERE Sponsors: Ritual vitamins.
