| 0:32.0 | I needed to unfollow all of the accounts that made me feel bad about my body because the truth is that even before I had kids, |
| 0:42.0 | I didn't feel great about it and now as a mom with stretch marks and cellulite and scars and all of the things, |
| 0:51.0 | I am working on body acceptance, so I unfollowed a number of accounts and shortly thereafter I came across an account that was absolutely beautiful to me. |

| 2:29.0 | Thanks for having me, I was naturally just a little girl right into when I was like in 12, 13, 14, I was already wearing plus-size clothes, I was bigger than all of my other friends and I got really used to relying on my humor, relying on my personality to get me out of that discomfort of what I felt like to be in my body. |
| 2:56.0 | So I was very, had very often on relationships with dieting ever since I was about 14, I think is the first diet that I really remember being in. |
| 3:06.0 | Never really had a lot of what quote unquote success with them, never really dealt with any core issues or anything. |
| 3:14.0 | And then at 19, I got married, I had three kids by the time I was 25 and at 28 years old, I was sitting at 225 pounds and I decided to do something about that because that was seemingly a very big problem. |
| 3:30.0 | My body seemed to be this thing that I needed to overcome and so there is good parts of that and there's bad parts of that. |
| 3:37.0 | The good parts of that is that I finally started to have some, some empowerment with myself and understanding that I could change my lifestyle and I could do things that really made me feel good. |
| 3:49.0 | The downside of it was that I was targeting my body with a ton of hate, just this notion that if I just lost weight, then I would love myself. |
