Summary
Many of us find it difficult to let go of past situations whether it's about our actions or those of others. It's not that we don't want to per se, but our confusing relationship with forgiveness, including believing that it presses the reset button, actually gets in the way of us moving forward. Natalie talks about what letting go truly means.

| 1:30.5 | through something and of course we course not but then actually hearing from |
| 1:34.8 | people or or reading something where somebody is talking about your |

| 1:43.0 | So I have so many of you who had been in a similar situation |
| 1:47.0 | or who just wanted to reach out and express concern and support. |
| 1:52.0 | And so with that in mind, he did resurface again, I have to go missing and then he did go missing again and then he has resurfaced and so that's kind of where we're at. |
| 2:10.0 | And we're just gonna have to do our best to support him. |
| 2:16.0 | I hope to see him later on today as I invited |
| 2:21.8 | them over for Easter and hopefully I can get to I don't know kind of touch base |
