Summary

In this episode I talk about what future tripping is, why it can be so difficult to stop, and tips for creating new thoughts grounded in your day-to-day existence - not some future that's spinning out of control. I also give you a step-by-step process for noticing your future tripping and how to gently guide yourself away from overthinking. And don't forget to bring your journal - one of the best antidotes for future tripping!
