struggling begins to. It's when the parents start to do what they need to do to connect,

which means dropping the freaking weapons and the resentment and the anger and doing the only thing

that's going to save their kids life and that's coming from a place of unconditional love.

You guys seem to really love when she comes on the podcast and so do I. This time we are moving

in a little bit of a different direction. Usually when she comes on it's pretty serious, but we're

having some labs as we were reflecting on the holidays in the Nier's household when we were growing

up and how absolutely chaotic it was for us growing up. We're sharing some of our most

cringe-worthy stories and then we're getting into a Q&A format so that way you guys can take

some tangible tips and use them in your family dynamic over the holiday season because

isn't it so stressful to be with family during the holidays? I know that it is for me and my family

is like pretty well adjusted at this point, but still things come up and it's important to know how

to communicate, how to set boundaries, how to navigate challenging situations and in this episode
