I talk a lot about getting grounded and centered in yourself, and I felt like this was

the perfect opportunity to guide you in a grounding meditation.

But before we do that, I just want you to think about in your life right now, where you are, how you feel.

Are you feeling fulfilled with what's in front of you? Are you the person who is always searching and seeking and wanting more? And then when you

get the thing, it's never enough and you're looking for the next thing. Are there desires in your

life that you can feel and you can taste them, but they feel so far away from you.

And you're the type of person who walks around feeling as if you have to make everything happen.

First of all, that was all me before meditation and it's still me and I've been meditating for 15

years and my mind can go in all of those directions and thoughts and feelings and wanting more

is a natural thing.

But the more that I don't try to force any of that stuff away,

and it comes up naturally.

But then I get grounded into myself, into my breath. And you become more clear.

And this is with the repetition of this practice. So the more that you can commit, the more
