six 30. I arrived into London at 10 pass 5. I quickly popped into Marks and Spencer to grab a few nibbles so that let's say it was now

quarter past 20 past five so I now had an hour and 10 minutes and I should have listened to myself a bit more which is funny because I was talking about this on the show last week

But I was going you know what I should just get a cab
