| 1:15.2 | because we tend to do what more often than not our good things, but for the wrong reasons. |

| 1:25.0 | we feel bad about our relationships so there's a lot of resentment and guilt and frustration and |
| 1:29.1 | sometimes a sense of sort of helplessness victim victimization, and yeah sometimes |

| 1:35.6 | And it's always eye opening in any class, any workshop that I teach whether it's online or offline |
