Baggage reclaims?

Well, okay, it's not like today,

but it is this month, it actually technically happened

like a couple of weeks ago. I know I know and I realized oh my

gosh I get into the end of September and it's just been like one of those like crazy

months so like eldest start starting secondary school, youngest, like back to school,

and also not being very well for a little while, though she's doing better now, and

you know, teaching workshops general running around yeah sort of like called upon me and

it's like just one of those things where I was going okay like need to like flag

that up and I was like oh my my gosh, it's nearly the end of September.

And I am about to do another workshop on Saturday here in London, take care of you, focus on all on self-care, all while also doing a little bit of birthday

celebrations, yay, and I was like, oh my gosh, I haven't flagged this up. So of course, when a person Facebook and on

Instagram and it's like, yeah, better mention this on the podcast. And so yes,

baggage reclaim. Really my first baby, you you know it was born before my two kids existed before M my

husband well my now husband was a part of my life is 13 it's you know it's a teenager. We've come a long way together, you know, baggage reclaim has been with me through all seasons and all conditions and I've been with it.

And who knew when I had my sort of epiphany, my awakening as such, you know, back in the summer of 2005 about my
