Happiness is a state of mind. It doesn't have a lot to do with what's going on around you.

So it has to do with the way you look at the world.

I've done a lot of work on neuroscience. One of my companies is around using high-end of of your brain. It's what you would do without neurofeedback. It's just the idea of let the computer show you the state so you can create the state yourself.

And having done that, it becomes really clear that the causes of unhappiness are almost always untrue

either belief systems or untrue or we'll say inaccurate patterns to the world

around you.
