Most of us are self-indulgently inconsistent. We have a few good days and a few not-so-good days. Unfortunately for us, results come from consistency. Consistency doesn't mean perfection but it does mean executing the big rocks very routinely. We have to stop pursuing novelty at the expense of consistency.
