book is unreal.

It's called the Little Book of Big Change and Amy, your insight into willpower and thought

processes and how to not let habits overcome you and also just your incredibly positive

approach.

I mean, I have chills because this book was it, it just phenomenal.

I was recommended to read it by some readers.

I read it about a month and a half ago and you might be able to see here, but I like to,

when I like something, I like to like put the page and literally how many pages have

Like it's just been such a great book.

you came to write it and everything else in that?
