1:04.2	would you get it started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Yep.
1:08.1	Cability Partners has been in business for 14 years. I'm very proud of that,
1:11.9	realizing we're creeping up on 15 years. And Civility Partners is a consulting firm focused on
1:17.4	turning around toxic behaviors and toxic culture. So while there are many culture consultants
1:23.8	out there, that is our niche. And I started this business pretty quickly out of graduate
1:29.6	school. I was a director of HR working in an environment where there was one toxic person. And because
1:36.2	I was in HR, I could see got a nice view of how he destroyed the organization person by person.
1:43.0	Ended up getting my master's degree while I was
1:45.2	working there and did all as my graduate research on workplace bullying. And so I have a super
