Today I'm going to show you how to use Emotional Freedom technique, also known as tapping for physical pain.

People ask me all the time how to tap for pain because they can't find the

words to use, especially if they're struggling. They feel like they don't really know

where to start and they don't know what you

you do know you know you know a lot you know exactly where the pain is and

how it feels we become experts at describing our pain because we feel it every day and we want our family, our friends and our doctors to really understand what it is we're going through.

Physical pain is our body's way of speaking to us.

It's one of the many ways our body communicates with us.

Very often, we try to ignore it and try to forge ahead

and move through it.

But you probably have noticed that it just gets louder

and more intense as time goes on.

Maybe painkillers and other medications have helped for a period of time,
