Eli, thanks for joining us today. Thank you so much for having me. It is our pleasure. So how would

you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? So I am a therapist

and I've been practicing for almost 17 years.

And two years ago, in my process, I hit this point where I was like, I have to share some of

the information that I have out in the wild because I was a little bit weary. I was weary of

sitting with folks, whether they were adults or families,

and recognizing that they didn't have as they needed to build secure relationships. And so they were

healing from all of these repeated interactions that were wounding. And I thought, like, if I could get these people

this information ahead of time, a lot of this can be prevented. So I decided to start attachment

nerd. And attachment nerd is basically just me on the internet, running my mouth about all of the
