We're coming to you live from the Hampton Inn, Ohio.

I am recording this in my hotel room here at the tail end of my Arnold

weekend trip in Columbus, Ohio. Please forgive my voice in the acoustics, the hotel room, for some

reason. They didn't have a podcast friendly room. And my voice is just shot from being at the expo for the past two days meeting so many

amazing people hanging out with my good friends over at the alpha booth new friends and old

mr nick bears zach cravitz also got to make the rounds and go meet emily duncan for the first

time in person it's always fun to meet internet friends in real

life. Same thing with Chrissy McCagney over Donuts and Deadlifts, Matt Vincent over at hate

brand goods, Travis S. P. Science again. So to all my friends that I met finally, it was really

good to put a face to a name and a voice and to everyone that I met. The Everford Podcast Nation, the followers,

the subscribers, the friends, the community here from Everford. It was so great to meet so many of you.

We had a great time here at the Arnold. My first time at the convention and always fun to just

let loose for a little bit and just shake off the

expo vibes because man walking around that place is it's a human zoo it's crazy it's packed shoulder

to shoulder you're yelling you're screaming and then uh Saturday night everybody kind of just

shakes it off had some great dinner shared a few drinks shared a few. Well, we'll call him dance moves. I don't really know what I'm doing, but regardless, we had fun. And actually, Riley, Riley DeVoe, today's guest, I met him in person. He came down from Canada, got to shake his hand, put a name to a face, like I said, and hang out with him for a little bit.
