man I see so many people talking about hustle hard hard work, determination, grind, work ethic.

At the end of the day, when I look at the body of people,

the men and women I've worked with around the world,

at the end of the day, it's effort. Some of them aren't the smartest people. I know agents that have degrees from Harvard and can't seem to figure out how to work hard enough and do what it takes every single day to serve customers and to win.

Give me the person that's willing to do the work, the effort, to put in the time, to make the phone calls to do the things that give us the

Effort my question for you is how would you rate your effort so far this year?

Look, I just had eight of our coaching members inside our office a few weeks back

and what was fascinating for me was they came in with, you know,

enthusiasm, with excitement excitement and we had a couple hours planned

that I said what do you guys want to do they're like well you you tell us we'd like to

just you know get some inspiration get some ideas I'm like have a better idea. Let's get on the phone.

We cleared out seven spots, and we put them on the phones, and we made them call their

database, their customers, and it was unbelievable.
