Welcome along to the RunPod Run Club.

I am club leader Jenny Falconer here to get you feeling fired up, hopefully ready to take on your run, or at the very least think about taking on a run.

Runners are split, I think, into two categories. Those who procrastinate and put a run off as long as possible, making a tea, maybe going for a little bit of a text

session, finding random stuff to do, to delay going just a little longer. And those then

who are far more motivated and just get on and do it. So which are you? Today's guest is a

comedian. You'll have seen him on the telly. You may well have seen him on stage. You may have
