| 0:00.0 | Hello there, Jenny Faulkner here with you to guide you through this episode of RunPod. Now, |
| 0:09.1 | it's been said before and it's absolutely true, but everyone has their own reason to run. Fitness, |
| 0:15.8 | mental health, weight loss, personal challenge. And for some, it's also a mechanism to help cope with grief. |
| 0:23.4 | Well, today I'm joined by someone who wasn't really a runner until, well, I guess a pivotal |
| 0:27.9 | moment in his life. And I think that many people will completely relate to why he started. |
| 0:32.0 | So welcome to Run Pod. Will Gidge. Hello there. Hello, Jenny. Thank you so much for having me. |
| 0:37.2 | Oh, I know, it's lovely to |
| 0:38.2 | have you on Run Pod. And I know, I mean, gosh, I've looked at you on Instagram. I can see that |
| 0:42.7 | running is very much a part of your life now. You do loads of incredible running challenges as well. |
| 0:48.8 | It's become a big part of my life, which it would be strange to say if you'd have asked me four years ago, I'd have said, |

| 1:46.0 | 48 counties in England. Okay. And are you going to do each marathon in each county? |
| 1:52.1 | Yeah, that's correct. So most days will be two counties and two marathons and then every three or four |
| 1:57.5 | days, there will just be a singular one, which will be as close to a day off as I'm |
| 2:02.5 | going to get. Oh my goodness. And the last one is the London Marathon. Yeah, that's the real sort of |
