Chris Irvin, also known as the Ketologist, has written multiple books including “Keto Answers” and currently specializes in educating and researching low carb diets for health and human performance. Chris speaks into the “everyday life” of a service professional and what eating healthier can practically look.

So, you know, I think dinner is one of the most important meals to focus on because even with a crazy schedule where you don't necessarily know where you're eating, it's usually the opportunity where it's like the meal of the day that you have the most control over and sense of what you're actually eating. You know, you're back at your house so you're able to have a little bit more control over what those foods actually are.
