| 0:58.5 | your day needing a little peace break every now and then. This is the final |
| 1:05.2 | episode of our peace worry fast series. You have been challenged to release one |
| 1:13.8 | worry each day or you may be spending a little time each day releasing one |
| 1:26.4 | worry that's been with you maybe for years maybe this worry has been with you |
| 1:32.9 | for as long as you can remember. My hope is that as you complete this series and |
| 1:41.4 | if you are just joining us you can go back and listen to the other episodes to |
| 1:46.9 | discover some peace meditation techniques for yourself. I hope that the three-part |
| 1:55.3 | peace plan will be a way for you to continue releasing worry because worry which |
| 2:04.7 | includes stress, fear, overwhelm, distraction is a major culprit on your quest for peace. |
| 2:15.8 | So with this peace plan I hope you will continue releasing worry if you could dedicate |
| 2:28.2 | even one hour each day where you stop and dedicate one hour to releasing worry and focusing |
| 2:41.8 | on peace. It doesn't have to be where you're meditating although meditation will greatly |
| 2:50.7 | benefit you on your peace quest. Even if you just stop and maybe relax or continue working or |
| 3:02.0 | whatever you're doing and when a worry comes your way release it knowing that when you're |
| 3:09.0 | hours up you can always go back to worrying but for this particular hour the time is yours. |
