affirmation is a thought or a phrase that inspires you. The affirmation for this week's series on

peace is peace flows through me. Peace flows through me. And then I'll do a breathing technique.

Breathing techniques are one of the fastest ways to calm your mind and body. Our breathing technique

today is a simple technique you can do any time throughout your day. And then I often hold my hands

in a mudra. Mudras are often referred to as yoga in your hands. And when you position your

hands in a particular way, it stimulates a corresponding region of your brain. And so this mudra

that I'll share with you is called the Guiana Mudra. It is a classic cornerstone mudra

of meditation. You've likely seen many meditators position their hands in this mudra.

You touch your thumb to your index finger, letting your other fingers rest outward. It looks like

you're holding your hands in the okay symbol, touching your thumb and your index finger together.

This mudra creates a circle and this connects you to your inner

world. That part of you, that's eternal. That's always there. Your true inner nature, your core.

And your outer world represents different triggers, such as what triggers your emotions.
