Ladies and gentlemen, a terror hawk. My name is Gilroy Monsanto. And I'd like to give a State of the Union address as the Recorder of Deeds to all TaraHaudians,

Tara Hodens, Tara Hauteers, Tara Hauders, Tara Hations.

I'd like to give a State of the Union address to all Tara Haitians as your newly elected recorder of deeds.

I'd like to first thank everybody for their vote and caring about their communities and do

what I can to protect the great relationship this city has with a lot of major businesses,

perhaps maybe certain ones in the agricultural fields and whatnot.

You know, nobody needs to keep complaining about all the school lunches,

making their kids real tall. We ain't got to worry about that right now. All right, we ain't got

nothing to do with that. We got a lot of problems on our hand, and I wanted to come to you

live from Hooters and address a few of these one by one. So we can better participate in democracy

and understand where we are at within our community.

Like I said, I am sitting here at Hooters right now,

the one right off the Highway 33.
