needed to go take like seven days off of drinking.

It kind of freaked me out a little bit how much it was on my mind.

If someone told me had to quit coffee for seven days and I don't even

drink a whole cup I make a whole cup every day I don't even drink it it's just

the habit the ritual the every single morning that's what I look forward to is having that cup of

coffee. Well, if someone told me today, hey, you need to take seven days off to drink coffee, you have to, or you need to,

or you need to prove that you can do it. I could do it. I'm not physically addicted, but it would be weird how much I'd be thinking about it. I know that for a fact.

And that's kind of what happened when I decided to take the seven day break from alcohol.
