Very, very well. Thank you. So good to have you on Run Pod because I mean, everyone

sees you on the telly giving advice. So it's really nice that you come on to Run Pod and chat

running with us as well. Oh, thank you. No, thanks for having me. I'm quite looking forward to

it actually, not talking too much about just the boring bits of health, but talking about

something that is really quite interesting to me

and the whole physical activity, part of health is what I like to talk about more than anything.

So yeah, I know because you have, I mean, you have such a, I suppose in your career,

you have had a focus on fitness as well, haven't you?

Yeah, yeah. So it's been been i've had quite an interesting career

um because i took a break from medicine to go on gladiators and being gladiator when i was a junior

doctor i love i love this about about you though with amazon weren't you amazon yeah which is quite unusual in the path of a, the career path of a doctor.

But I think that was kind of what really inspired me to think more about how we can incorporate
