Gabe Brown who's written a new book, Dirt to Soil that you'll really enjoy. You may recognize Gabe from a previous

interview when I visited him at his farm near Bismarck, North Dakota.

And that was last year ago. I remember that very well. It was like two days after my mom had just passed and it was actually on my birthday. So it was a number of events connected but I really enjoyed the visit there and

his book really expands on some of the information we went on in the last interview so welcome and thank you for joining this game.

Yes indeed. And the opportunity was out at your farm. I visited not only you but your family and Paul, who is the next generation, your son, that's taking it over and we'll talk a little bit about that.

So you've got a 5,000 acre ranch out there and your wife Shelly that you farm with that you purchase.

You have an interesting story.

So once you give us a brief summary, I think we reviewed a little bit on last time but it's a really you're an

inspiration you're such a leader in this field you are the leader one of the

major leaders in regenerative agriculture in the United States and helping farmers

understand how to do it the right way and where there's such a desperate need for

this knowledge and I really we're going to dig deep in that I want to get an idea of your perspective the

percentage of farmers who don't understand this and the type of headway is making but

before we get into that if you're watching this it's really important to understand that even

though you may not be a farmer and I realize you have a deep appreciation and importance

of it but if you know someone who is farming you've got to you simply must get them into Gabe's work.

He teaches all over the country, all over the world.

I think he's home more than he's at his farm teaching,

but this information he has is really life changing
